How can you say these are the least useful? If anything, Cleric mitts are. Tomb parties are dead now and WHM never enfeebles. These at least give you some mnd and enhancing skill. Sure, cure clogs blow these away but these are still good.

I agree. Good MND boost and Enhancing Magic bonus adds up to a good boost in Stoneskin and Bar-spells. They're not my #1 priority for going to Dynamis but once I get the Briault I definitely want to get my hands on this.

The Cleric Duckbills are a very weak piece of AF2 for WHMs. Even the Errant/Mahatma Pigaches are better than these. Unfortunately, these AF2 boots are in perma-storage for me in favor of Rostrum Pumps and Blessed Pumps... or hell, even Cure Clogs.

The stats by themselves aren't spectacular, but it is the combination of stats that make it such a wonderful item to use.
It has a nice MP bonus, +5 MND (swap in other MND gear or your AF hat to enfeeble and strengthen stoneskin)
The +10 enhancing magic skill is largely lost to most players, but it also strengthens your stoneskin and adds roughly 2 points to your Bar-elementra spells making them slightly stronger. It's not great on its own, but again, given the relative parity of buyable end game feet gear (there is actually no armor out there you can buy that adds +10 enfeebling), is it a unique stat.
To get to Dynamis, u must be lvl 65+ and completed Mission 5-1 for ur home nation
For anyone reading this doesn't know how to get into dynamus you do need to be 65+ but you need to be rank 6. 5-1 isn't enough. You do need to go to trail marking after going to xarcabard. Doing both will cause a cs. Then someone has to buy a hourglass to enter dynamis. Also you have to finish dynamis windy, basty, sandy, and jueno before you can enter beaucedine. After you beat beaucedine you can then enter xarcabard. You can go in with 64 people. All 64 people can attack the mob and everyone can lot on the items droped. The mobs are really hard though. You need as many people as you can get. if you go to dynamis prepare to die cause it will happen. Different dynamis LS's have different rules about lotting on items.

To get to Dynamis, u must be lvl 65+ and completed Mission 5-1 for ur home nation. After u done that, get a Tele-Vahzel and u'll get a cutscene. After watching the cutscene, goto any Trail Markings in Sandy, Bastok, Windy or Jeuno. You'll get a cutscene and a key item. Now, travel to either Davoi, Castle Ozzy, Beadeax(sp?) and pay the gobs there 1mil for a hour glass. Next, trade ur hour glass to any trail markings to set a date and time. More can be explained at mysterytour.
