A bow BST can use. Not too many of those around. Seems nifty. I don't really care...I pull with Dia, but it's still neat. ^^;

But why would anyone uses it when at level 63 there are many bows, xbows, and guns that has more base damage than this one's base plus R+Att?

ive actually seen a sandstorm in garlaige a few times. i dont kno how this is possible but i do kno that at that time having a battle with serket and a rng wih this bow would kick some ass(unless they had the eurotyos bow)

Now this bow is really cool for certain areas and certain situations, but I just can't see me carrying it around hoping to come across such a situation.
Like I said, seems pretty cool durring the times when it can be put to use.

I'd say this would probably be most useful in areas like Tahrongi Canyon, Maze of Shakrami (despite being a dungeon, I've seen the sand storms here), North and South Gustaberg (why you would be using this bow in either of these areas I don't know, just listing them for completeness' sake), Buburimu Penninsula, Valkurm Dunes...That's all I can think of that I've actually seen the sand storms, unfortunately I haven't been around that much of the world.
could be good to fight titan too, even though he is way easy

You forgot two important areas.. both Garlaige Citadel and Eldieme can have Earth weather, too.
