is it at all possible to quest these items or get them from a NM or BCNM? i need them for my Samurai
on pandemonium server amtheyst rings for about 1k balance go for 18-20k and balance +1 go for 60-80k but i have never seen 1 on sale outside of jeuno

on unicorn everything seems to be cheaper, whether its +1 or not i dont know if its more crafting or what but balance rings, normal balance rings mind you, go for 10k or less on unicorn

At the moment they are still pretty rare so the price is kinda high for level 14 equipment. They go for 50k on cerberus and good luck finding one for sale outside of Jeuno.

50K? My God. They're steady at 20K on Fairy and have been for some time.
Yeah 20k would be great but not on my server. Regular balance rings are 13k-15k but balance rings +1 won't go for less than 50k.

You have to be kidding. You must be thinking of regular "Balance ring". They are 20k on midgardsormr too. But "Balance ring +1" is way more expensive although I do not remember the exact price.
My Blood Elf Paladin is going to make people quit.

Last time I checked they were +2 dex and +1 defense really crappy buys IMO For the insane price they cost.

You are kidding, right? At levels 14-36, I would gladly give someone elses right arm for +2 (or +4 if you wear a pair) to DEX
Now, the real question if these Balance Rings +1 are worth an extra 30k over the normal balance rings. 30k more for 1 Def and +1 LightningResist?
Probably not unless you make a habit of baiting Thunder Elementals.
