yea it does water damage EVERY hit when you use a hydro pump , however it also uses up 1 hydro pump every hit so yo u have to end up buying a whole crapload of them and it becomes pointlessly expensive
OK has anyone ever equipped hydro-pump and used this?? Cus i seriously doubt anyone ever bothers but i wud like to know the outcome. Would it add water dmg to every hit? or how much dmg?

Just bought the Hydro Axe in Sandy on Bismarck, i didn't check delay, but lvl and dmg are same as Great Axe (lv. 12 dmg 30 i think) it does an Additional Effect of Water Dmg with a Hydro Pump Equiped
