Yes, If you equip these with Hydro Pump in your ammo slot every now and then you will deal additional water damage. Seems the higher your H2H is the more frequently additional damage hits. You can get these from the Alchemy Guild in Aht but, usually only like a stack and another stack of 81 so don't try any get richquick sceem. Although I suggest using the 1st 81 and if you don't like it sell the other full stack for like a 10k profit and if the economy keeps it up You will have to rely on crafters which if I am not mistaken is how the game was ment to be. Rate up SE.

I'm level 50 and just got this recipe from the medium recipe giver... must be somewhere between 51 and 56, so my guess it that mysterytour displays it right at level 52.

There is a +1 version of this, saw it at jeuno in AH on Pandemonium. No price in history, I bid till 25000 did not get it. Sorry don't recall specs.

The skill cap isn't 41. I'm 45 goldsmithing and just got a .1 in goldsmithing while making these.

a hydro pump can be found in the weapon ammo section of the AH you wear it in the ammo slot
