Useless?
I've been camping the frigging AH for 2 months for the NQ of this stupid thing. Would be a great space-saving addition to my elemental resistance gear collection.

This recipe caps at 90 skill making is extremely hard to HQ, especially considering how useless the NQ synth is T_T.

Honestly, I feel that this is too high level. How exactly can one be expected to LOVE basic stats +1, even if there are several?
Well, I think the main point is that it has all those stats (supposed to have MND and INT too), and then on top of that +10 to all resists. Like combining a btter version of an Ashura Necklace with a Jewelled Collar.
Besides, not many multi-stat boosters for the neck slot.
