this item was invented for mnk to get more mind, im currently @+67 mind, and this is rare as sh*t so i dont have it yet, i think it was made for mnk for chi blast, just my two cents

I'm from Diablos server and there are like none in circulation! This would be really nice for my girlfriends whm and even better it's the only spell interruption rate down stuff for pld! I would love to get my hands on one or two of these. If you can make these and your on Diablos server please send me a /tell. Thank you.

Ummm, first off, this Obi is not back armor, it's waist armor.
However, I think you would be a little better off with something with a VIT bonus, such as a Steppe Belt for PLD(if you are Taru). Otherwise a Warrior's Belt +1 should work pretty well.
This Obi doesn't look like it would excel for any jobs, although it might be nice for WHM soloing or partying.
