Okay, so I'm levelling monk again, right? I'm nearing level 10 so I think to myself, "Hey, I could go for some Ryl Arc. Cesti." So I go to buy them. The Conquest Point guy isn't selling them. So, the question: "Does a nation's rank in the conquest race affect what items they're selling for Conquest Points?"

There are items you need to be in at least 2nd, or 1st, in order to get.

Get 1x sheep leather and 1x earth crystal and ask someone with a level 30 or higher skill level in leathercraft(just to be sure) to sythesize, you have a chance of San diorian cesti which are good or Kingdom Cesti which are very good. Try doing this because you can probably get someone to do it for you for free.

He is right. I am level 16 leathercraft and with synth imagery support can get HQ synth on these. I still level on them, so if someone were to bring me materials I would gladly make it for them. Send me a /tell if you need them or any other leathercraft related needs.

i used the regular cesti on my mnk that sell in sandoria wep shop, until lvl8-9, then i bought brass knuckles till 12, then i used burning cesti, now that i have a pair of strikes, my mnk is gonna use me thinks

THESE ARE GREAT FOR LVL 10-15. THEN I WOULD GO FOR HIGHER DAMAGE ONES LIKE STRIKE OR BURNING CESTI. CESTI HAVE THE LOWEST DELAY OF ALL THE H2H WEPS.

I disagree...basically cuz I just bought them at lv10 since I have been using Cat Baughknas the whole time. These at least have the fire dmg and bonus to accuracy.

Actually it isn't a fire bonus. Its a resist to fire.
Yeah it only has a fire damage bonus if the description includes, Additional effect: Fire Damage
