Updated icon and added guild and guild level.
I asked a seller who sold this whether this was Regen 1 or 2 & he said it was only Regen 1. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Regen is the spell that Regenerates your hp.
However, if a piece of gear says Regeneration +1,2,3, etc. it usually refers to Hhp or Hmp, which is the hp/mp healed while medding.

Neither nq or hq are latent regen, it never goes away.

its not different, regen is the spell, regeneration is the effect, basically just how you get it would be how its named

hm....why does this one say Latent effect for the regen effect when the normal ones has regen on all the time?

Your right, it's wrong way round, and yes i saw these both in AH too, so its confirmed. Thats why the +1 is so freakin good, no latent regen, constant regen.

Wrong, both have Regen all the time. Neither has any sort of latent effect. The only difference between this and the NQ are 1 extra DEF, STR-1 instead of -2, 1 more AGI, and 2 more throwing skill.
