I just purchased the first one of these since the last one sold on the AH and it cost me 600k. Lucky for me, I sold my Jagdplaute for the exact same price the day this was placed on the AH. The last mantle sold was in April. I suppose it was worth 600k for an item only available once every 8 months...

i was just wonder, since im a paladin, the Vit on this puppy looks delicious. but my question is..do i get more hate if it misses me, or if it hits me. i think that -eva will make a noticible difference.. <.<;

well think about this. You GOING to get hit my IT mobs in an exp pt. Wouldnt you rather have a better defense and Vitality boost? Plus -evasion helps boost you parrying and shielding skills.

Well how often do you dodge an attack as a Pally anyways? I have +agi and I barely dodge attack soloing Evens. So I imagine once I start pting I'll never dodge an attack. I know a Mithra Pally and even she almost never dodges attacks even with two drone earrings on. So I would say go for the vitality!

Taking damage slowly makes you lose hate.
The evasion decrease ain't all that bad, and the VIT bonus sure is nice.
This will suffice until you get a Gaia Mantle (or Earth Mantle at 40-less VIT but no evasion decrease)
