Of course being at 100 would make it more helpful, but I've been told and have read several times over and over again, that the New Moon is best. As a lvl 58 woodworker, I usually get best HQ rates during the New Moon, so if that's your aim, go for that. Just beware the random (critical) breaks.

ok.. im currently lvl 83.. gonna be 92 ina bit.. now i did the math blood is 200k and archers is 50k.. i can make 12 hawkers for roughly 3,000,000.... hawkers sell for 150k each =1,800,000 hmm not to bad of a loss if i go 1/12 thats 4,800,000= 1.8mill profit i like it.. but the question is.. is full moon the best day..? i know facing north with lots of +drk gear on ice day... but which moon? full moon? new moon? and u think i should go to lvl 100 before i make these? or try it at 92

Quite possibly my most hated HQ synth next to Beeswax. Made over 30 of these and only gained my first HQ+1 last night under New Moon (0%) - Iceday. Maybe I'm just really unlucky but most people I know also shun this synth as a money maker. Maybe if dragon's blood wasn't so annoyingly expensive people would try more.

for all my attempts, its is like this:

All my synthesis runs have been done on different New Moon, Iceday, facing SE, starting at random daytimes.
Skill 100+3 plus Advanced Support (so that should be 106).

Currently, on Pandemonium, Hawkers Knives sell for 50k, while the +1 is worth around 3.000.000 Gil. Dragon Blood ranging 250-280k.

I just got both the Hawker's Knife +1, and the Hawker's knife. A friend synthed both for free. I will always remember Tigorhoang from the Bismarck server, and hes great deeds :)

Currently saving for this knife, 600k so far ^^, my other Hawkers is in the Auction House for 230k, hoping it sells soon. Plan on doing the Utsusemi quest soon as soon as I farm some more Necklaces, giving me another 300k or so. Couple LS members may be doing a BCNM 60 soon, so thatll give me some more money towards it(hopefully).

i got two of em on Asura. first costed me 2.2mil the 2nd costed me 4mil 3 weeks later. Chozander is the only guy who makes em and he won't cut you any deals. He wouldn't even sale one off AH cause he wanted people to know the prices they were going for. Oh well got my twins at lev50 and there is no real upgrade. +3agi, +3cha, +12 ranged acc. is better than +14 ranged acc. around lev67. well good luck.

on garuda, there are a couple people who can make these. One of them, Huma, makes so many, theyre only 1.5 mil, so i feel sorry for all of u poor rangers out there on other servers

Huma is 100+2 Alchemy, at least, if I remember right. I think I partied with his Ninja a while ago.

He was pitying the amount of money a ranger has to spend on gear relative to those on his server (about 3mil difference for same items). The use is valid, because otherwise our economy is about average on Garuda.

Im on Leviathan server and its sellin for 1.5 mil right now. that's low for suck a good knife. i wouldnt pay 6.5 mil for it, if anything i would just have a high lvl craft it for you if u have the connections.

Even at lvl 96 Alchemy my buddy on Sylph (Emperorcyrus) has never HQed a Hawker's Knife in 11 attempts. At lvl 100+2 (w/ guild gear) I couldn't imagine the HQ rate being significantly higher...might be kinda tough to get anyone to HQ this for you on command.

I'm fast approaching lvl 30 rng/nin on Seraph server. I will be buying two hawkers knives. I want to get at least one Hawkers+1. Problem is, none have been sold on Seraph for at least 2 months. I will be saving up Gil for the +1 version if I ever catch one for sale. If anyone can make this, send me a message, I'm interested.

bah, I saw 1 yesterday on a lvl 75 ranger, i was ammazed, he also had 2x reg hawkers in his bazzar for 220k, i was broke buy my friend trades his emp. pin and ll boots for both, im saving my pennies nowto buy 1, on carbuncle pirce reached 150k for a reg hawkers should be able to get 1 in a few weeks :)

No one talks about it because more than likely no one has it on your server, or on many servers for that matter.

Given the level of alchemy needed to make it, even with capped skill (Level 100) making a +1 would be rare, especially since the regular knives aren't produced very often. There are probably a half dozen of these in existance on all servers combined. Good luck buying one, and if you do buy it it will most likely cost in the area of 2.5 mil given that the regular knife sells for 600k (On Fairy at least).

wow, nobody i know has the +1 version, and doesn't say anything about it... they prolly dont know that it has a +1 version. most in the RNG forum want the knife, but dont talk about the +1 version either... lol.
