I got 325 guild points for these. Limit is set for 2800 points.
Current prices on Asura land this at around 3 gil per guild point.

This is sold by the merchant for the Ronfaure Region - almost always in San d' oria. I don't know the NPC's name but location should be somewhere in San d Port.

The npc that sells this is Pirvidiauce in (D-8) North sandy.
For Holly Clogs sandy has to be in first or second.
