I just skilled my cooking up to level 84 (even), and I was able to synth this item ok. I'm not positive what level it is; maybe I even got lucky, but I thought people would want to know. Most the people who have tested it seem to be 90+

Found it on a crafting site FFrecipe.com. Haven't tried to make it yet. The site dosen't know what lvl it is to cook though..We'll see if I break it.
I'm currently at Cooking - 94.8 skill
Edit) So, I can confirm this is how to make it. I ate it and it gave me:MP+20 INT+4 DEX+3 MND-3 as all that was immediatly noticable. It didn't do anything else to my base stats though. I don't know how to check evasion and all that XD

I made with my mule level 99 cooking on Ramuh. Started searching for more info today since I saw a Jeuno bazaar mule selling Boiled Tuna Head for 5k! 3 others have sold recently in Jeuno AH for 20k each under seafood!

On a different site the description of this item is A boiled Gugru tuna head, so maybe there will eventually be a recipe using the Gugru fish to make these.

i have a DRk/War elvan and the dex +acc boost would be great. plus it would make my magic attacks stronger with teh +int boost
since i can;t find it anywhere and noone seams to know where to find these. i am using jack o lanterns. wich don;t stack either but they give +10 acc +10eva and some other stuff i can';t remeber right now and it last for 30 minutes instead of 15 like teh mithkabobs. how ever they are under 700gil (during harvest festivities) and do not stack so you better have a huge inventory space. i wonder how the price will change after the festivities are over. all i know is that my mules ight now are packed with jack o lanters.
BTW jack o lanter's are found under vegetables in teh AH food menu.

Haha I cook Jack 'O Lanterns in windy. I have made +1.4mil profit from it so far. I have been at it for about 6 months now. I use my mule because they sell slow, but for good profit ratio. I sell them for 4-5k a piece, just depends on who else thinks they need to lvl cooking on these things, then try and undercut for faster selling.
