I think, it only works if you have an Opo-opo Crown
pamamas have a huge boost if you have the crown...pretty much a staple brd food after 65 if you've got the crown:
hp+50
mp+50
agi-1
int+2
chr+14
whereas it's just agi-1 int+2 w/out the crown

nvm im wrong, thats a dif item.. the HQ does 10mp 10 hp and 3 int so im guessing 2 int 5 mp 5 hp? ~~
