ive done all the prereqs, capped fame in jeuno, i think i may have gotten the CS but cant quite remember, however, the quest is not in my log, completed or current and i had to find that out the hard way; kill agas and not get the key item... any ideas? (please) (help me out)

only 1.7mil on Midgar right now. I wish it was 4 million, I could use that! I just got this today. I was going to lvl up sub, it was morning, and right as I was warping out of Al Zahbi, I see some japanese scroll and (Sleepga)2NM and "4/6". I joined as 72 rdm. Fight was easy as hell, but we were all 70+.

I don't know how I can stress enough how hard it is to get 6-12 people together that have actually done all the quests prior to recieving this quest. I tried in vain for OVER 8 DAYS to get that many people together that had the quest active. Just seeing if I could do it really. Tonight I am just going to ask people for help and do it the old fashioned way, and that is my advice to you.
Edit - Supposedly, and I'm going out on a limb here, because it is secondhand information, BUT...
The people in my party that did not have the quest active were STILL able to get the moondrop. So therefore, you may not need to have the quest active in order to get the moondrop, once you defeat Agas. Could someone verify this for me?

I just went with a group, I done NONE of the prereq. quests and so did not have this quest (still went because most of the people were friends). I was NOT able to get the item after the NM was killed. the message I got from the ??? after we kill the NM was "You can see the sky from here". So this comfirms you MUST have the quest started.

heh, the quests for the fortune tellers aren't that bad, i have the first set, but i'm stuck at the girl's that requires me to go past banishing #2 in garlaige...i hate that place >.<
high fame is required for the quests however, i have lv 9 jeuno fame but a friend who has less cant get it >.< jeuno fame is easy to get tho, just mass cabbages =/
and yea, i'd like to know what lv the NM is, the only 2 NM's i know in boyahda are aquarius and Ancient Gobbue =/

What level/how many members do you need for the alliance to beat the NM for this quest?
I have it, but you need an alliance. To receive this quest, you must do both of the "fortune tellers" taru quests in Lower Jeuno (2 for the male, 2 for the female). Only after that will you get this quest.

oh yea, I finished both of the quests for both of the fortune tellers, and I haven't gotten the Sleepga2 quest... so there is some other unknown condition that disallows me to get the quest. I have hero fame.

I figured out what it was that I hadn't done. I needed to go back to the fortune tellers and get a cut-scene from them. That is where the quest actually begins. The crystal ball taru is gonna ask the old-Elf-lady for something of her's, but you need the cutscene from Lower Jeuno first. w00t.. who wants to goto the Tree with me?? hehe ^.~*

I read on another website that this scroll is gotten from a quest from Ilumida in Upper Jeuno, but she isn't giving me any quest (even after doing the candle wax quest for her). In the Upper Jeuno area, I haven't been able to do Galmut's "clock tower" quest just yet, or the Green Cape quest from Panta-Putta, if the quest requires area-based fame... I don't know. I just reached 56BLM and this spell will be uber-sexay for me... can anybody else get the quest?
