Playing around, I discovered the following:

1 Lightning Crystal + 1 Brais == Grass Thread.

I did this on a darksday and got the animation for a HQ synth, and recieved 7 spools of grass thread from it. Not sure what the normal yield will be. My clothcraft skill is a piddly 4 atm.
