According to FishermanRods.net you can also fish these up using Lu Shang and trout ball or rogue rig in port jeuno or beaucedine glacier

I can confirm that this dagger can be fished up in port jeuno. I got one today using lu shangs and sinking minnow.

compared to a Decurian Dagger.. same damage lower delay and accuracy+2 on the Decurian..and this one usually goes around 2k more..who would buy one

it might on a server w/ a really messed up economy. and all servers have a messed up economy I'm sure.
but i buy em from NPCs when i make acid daggers. so what do i care? :P
