Umm, when you spend 70000 GP on this, does it subtract 70000 GP from your total GP?

finally got mine too and they look great on my character, anyone else notice that they come in different shapes? maybe its just me and im wrong but mine are quite rectangular but ive seen npc's with more oval shaped ones and the one in the pic above is almost hexagonal, im an elvaan male so im wondering if race or gender has something to do with it? or maybe my eyesight really is bad and i need rl glasses lol

I finally got my pair today . . . I'm massivly psyched XP . . . everyone is after the gold/bone glasses, but I love these 10x more!

I got them today after 17 days of turning in items and approximately 300k gil.
When you buy them, you recieve the title "Knitting Know-It-All"

You can buy guild point items, but sometimes other people will have done this before you making it hard to come by :)

4: oh my god, girls look so cute in these. i saw them on a blonde hume, and i fell in love... i dunno why, girls in glasses just come off as cute to me, that and its rare to find. really makes her stand out.

actually, i think i took a Screen shot of both a hume male and female in them... if i can find them, i'll post them up, no promises though...

They go in the head slot and are clear. On some models they are round, but on Elvaan Male they are rectangularish.
To get these takes a LOT of gil and crafting for about 30 mins to an hour everyday. Basically, you have to be level 48 in Clothcrafting, then you can start a "Contract" with the clothcrafting guild in Windurst. NOTE: You can only be under contract with one guild at a time, and if you have say...Culinarian Guild Points if you decided to switch to Clothcrafting Guild Points you would lose all the points you have built up with the Culinarian guild. Also, you can start the contract around 28 I believe, not 48.
Every real life day (Starting at around 11 EST, 10 CST, etc) the Mithra wearing the glasses and the apron tells you what you can craft for her. There are limits every day, For Instance, today was the day I got my glasses, a Tunic was what she wanted me to craft for her and they gave 280 guild points per and the limit for the day was 2600. Every real life day they move up to the next skill level (Initiate, Apprentice, etc +) until it gets to your skill cap, and then it resets.
That is about all the useful information I can think of atm...It took me about 2-3 weeks of doing this almost every day to obtain these and I'm not even going to mention how much gil ;)

Are these clear or are they tinted like the other ones?
Can you get any of the guild items at any time or are there levels for buying things with your guild points, like conquest points can only be spent depending on your rank.

I saw these last night on a female hume on Carbuncle. Don't remember her name, but the lenses were definitely clear. They look like a real life pair of glasses, as opposed to a real life pair of sunglasses. They are a very nice look and I plan to have them some day.
