This item provides Moghancement: Fishing
"Moogle-Powered assistance from your Mog House. Increases your fishing skill."
This is different from the Moghancement: Fishing obtained by placing Comodes or Rusty Buckets in your Mog House, which increases your chance to catch items.

Common consensus on strength of Moghancement: +1 Fishing Skill with Faint Energy, +2 With Powerful, +3 with Overwhelming (strength increased by adding additional +Water Energy furnature), so:
100 Fishing Skill
+3 from Fishing Hole Map
+5 from Fishing gear including Waders
+2 from Fishing Guild Advanced Support
= 110 total Fishing Skill, 1 additional second subtracted from recast time, reducing your total recast time to 3 seconds.
(this has not yet been tested)

It costs the same as the items from the other guilds combined. My guess would be that it gives + fishing skill.. but, Gorathe could be right, it may have VERY strong earth element, which could increase moghancements power (but if that's the case it would be easier just to buy ton's of furnishings.) They didn't mention any NEW types of moghancements, but it could have strong earth element type.

Or maybe it adds a new type of fishing moghancement? Just a guess.
