Isn't woodworking skill + 1 a little ridiculous? Does it worth to spend 800k for this ?

It's a LOT more than just the level difference that effects the HQ to NQ outcome. I've HQ'd on skill ups well above my level.

O trust me it is extremly worth it. Once you hit lvl 100 in a craft and are rtying to HQ an item that caps at 95, +1 helps a long way.

<Hmmmmm.> OK thank you. But I have another question. I've read that you need 31 lvl diff to do HQ with a good rate. And between 0 and 31 lvl diff, there is not such a difference. So, what would do a +1 bonus :s
RE: Worth?
# Feb 26 2005 at 2:01 PM Rating: Good
Yes this is true that being 31 lvls over recipe's cap you do see more of a difference. But with a recipe that caps at lvl 90 where you can't lvl 31 lvl's above that +1 helps a little. And a little help is well worth It when your synthing an Item which In HQ form sells for 6 mil +.

{Caps Lock Key} {Please check it.}

That said, you do not need a job at 68. You require the following:

- A skill of 68 or higher in Carpentry (Woodworking)
- A total of at least 100,000 Guild Points accumulated with the Carpenter's Guild

Once you meet those two qualifications you can obtain the apron from the guild.
The best way to get this...

is to be patient. Don't turn in items that are going to leave you broke. IE: Items that cost more then you can afford and leave you to broke the next day, or items that will give you little to none guild points. If your makeing an item that will give you 3k GP(guild points) and you the max number of GP you can earn for that day is 7 dont turn in 3 items. Just take the little lose and be patient till the next day. If you steadily turn in items every day just for the heck of it not expecting to get anything. You'll have your apron in no time :). Now if your insanely rich, and have money to just waste towards this then go ahead, but if you did that then you probably wouldnt have the mentality to be the rich type. Lol just some advice i got mine in about 2-3 months cost me around 500-800k over all, which in my opion is like 200k more then i couldlve saved because i was being hastey. Learned my lesson thou going for my gloves now. Am 29k GP into it bout 2 weeks maybe only 80k wasted. ^^ just plan accordingly and dont rush it. You can pwr lvl a craft but you cant PWR lvl GP. thanks for your time ^^.

carpenters gear

Is there a quick way to get this?
RE: carpenters gear
# Sep 14 2004 at 3:34 PM Rating: Decent
Ok people... There is no easy way to get this item.
1)You have to be Novice rank.
2)Find the representative of the guild that will start you on the path of earning guild point.
3)Each RL day talk with that person and they will tell you a few things(an item the guild wants, how many point MAXIMUM you can earn and how long you have to turn that item in) Each time you turn the requested item in you will earn a portion of the total maximum points. Once you reach the maximum points wait for the next RL day for a new item. It's that simple

other key points...
More items become available to purchase with your guild points as your rank goes up
You can check how many point you have so far for the current days item by asking the guild member and then scrolling to the option about peramiters
You do not have to craft the item you can buy it and turn it in... sometimes it's cheaper
You DO NOT need to do this evry day, sometimes I pass days that have items to expensive
Recently they added in special guild abilities you can buy too (more to come as I learn more)
You can not earn guild points in more than one guild at a time

You do not have to participate in earning guild point, it's for those that want to get itmes to help them craft very expensive or high level items.

I hope this helps

To get the points, you have to be Novice rank, which means you have to be at least skill level 28 in whichever craft. Once you attain Novice rank, you can talk to the guild rep who handles the points. Every real earth day, they will ask you for a different item to turn in for points.

RE: help
# Jun 05 2004 at 9:35 AM Rating: Default
Guild points are from the guild you must have some kinda rank in it and it will ask you to craft a time for that day and turn them in the more you craft the more points you get when you turn them in this is in 1 game day not earth time.
