This item is one of the items required to turn the 1st stage of the relic dagger into it's 2nd stage, the other parts being a Deodorizer, an Orichalcum Ingot, and 4 100 Byne bills. Result: very little need for it on a server unfortunately.. as only RDM/BRD/THF can use it. This basically makes it something people will ask you to craft for them. If you plan to make this for lvl'ing your craft, prepare to sell some of this to vendors.. or find out who just got a Relic dagger from Windurst and make them a good offer for it :)

Orc Livers are sorta of a pain. I buy them now in anticipation of getting to 98 on Panaecea.
The livers don't stack;; but atleast if the Cantarella isn't going to sell fast, I can leave them on a mule, in only a few stacks. Hopefully I can get 98-99 with no more then 30 or so synths...
Since it is Darkcrystal synth, and I will be 98 when I start there, Lightsday should be the best day to skill up on.
i think this would be a very good item to skill up alchemy on if there was a larger demand for it and orcs werent such alcholics and make fresh orc livers quite a rare find.
i sold a couple but they dont seem to be selling anymore ; ; maybe the people doing dynamis figured out how this is made and had their high lvl alchemist friend make it for em wit the livers they are no longer putting up at the Auction house for me to buy and play middle man crafter. if anyone needs a highlvl alchemist friend on the ifrit server /tell pazrayna. and please buy my canterellas. ok just made this...since no one knows what it is for i figured i would test it..it does poison only no other stats where messed with...10 hp per second for a total of 2000 hp lost total..beyond that i have no clue what its for :P
You can adjust effective time and effect unrestrictedly, the strongest poison medicine. But, the handling is very much difficult, either it is not few individual for the compound person to drop life,
So I'm guessing it's a super-strong poison that you somehow adjust the effect duration?
