I made this at 53 and items are cheap... i farmed bee chips and honey to further save money. Does not sell well on the other hand but i dont care...
I save these for me and my BST duo partner... less down time higher chains.

there are so many of these drinks I never know which to get and why.
Yes you can have 2 drink effects at once if they are different effects such as mp regen (juices) and hp regen (milk), to different effects can be used together.

Can I have mithkabob + au lait active at the same time. Furthermore can I have a food effect + au lait(regen?) + Pineapple juice(refresh) all at the same time?

This is a drink effect, same as the other au Lait's, so yes, you can have a drink effect and a food effect at the same time (mithkabob + au Lait). You can not however have two drink effects at the same time (juice + au Lait will not work).
Actually, you can have all three. The way they work is based on the icons at the top of the screen. Au Lait items make the little "HP" symbol, juices give the "MP" symbol, and food items show up as a hamburger. So, you can have any three items at the same time, as long as none of them use the same symbol. Unfortunately, spells like Refresh and Regen use the same symbols as Au Laits and juices, so they DO NOT stack with their respective food items. By the way, combining all three is a huge help when leveling weak jobs : )

Combining all 3 is also a great way of getting out of trouble in a bcnm. I was a bst in the BCNM20 bats and i was the only person standing (smn was dead and bst couldnt rejoin pt cos smn was leader - logged to drop charm) and i popped a apple au lait, a yagudo drink spammed cure and minced the furry. Definitly worth it for BCNMs. I never go in without a few.
