I would think that is in fact for the panzer mask. Post 50 skill ups suck majorly for crafting and this looks to be one of the least expensive recipies at that level to still gain skill at.
Surely there is some other use for these than the panzer mask... Does anyone know? They sell way too often and panzer mask is level 99 or something leathercraft.
