This item will give you the Moghancement: Leathercraft as long as you don't have another element overpowering it.

This has a power of about 10 (needed 6 yellow jars to overpower it).

Bonus: Tarutaru screens are general "ice" moghancement, and will not overpower the Leathercraft moghancement. I currently have a "Powerful" Leathercraft Moghancement.

this item might have a effect that increses your crafting success but IDK im a smither.
