If you have overwhelming energy in your moghouse, will that effect your skill boost at all?

Anyone have both these items and have them placed in mog? According to ffxi.cannotlinkto Bastokan Flag gives +9 lightening element and Emeralda gives +9 lightning element. If both are placed in mog, which effect will you have; Conquest or Alchemy?

This item gives mogenhancement: ALchemy and adds another +1 to your alchemy skill . Basically with apron , club , and this mog house furnishing , you can be up to alchemy skill 100 + 3 , which should help with HQ rate with higher level synths . Also you need to ne a Veteran Alchemist to be able to purchase this and costs 150,000 guild points .

Do these have any added bonus? It kindof makes sense if they don't, since your alchemy level would be well into its 70s to even SEE this item at the guild point exchange, but it would have been nice...
