What does this Furnishing do?? I got one from my Basty Mule, no parties joined, no battles fought, havent gotten one on my main yet and I'm a lvl 75 WHM, fame 10, rank 10 oh well.
Got this item today after waiting 2 rl days and then asking the moogle for my gift.

I got both of the items at the same time,,,, that is to say I got the item joined a party and got the other..
I've found that when a Goblin is going to use Bomb toss. I remember Lethal Weapon 3, "Roger... Grab the Cat!!" (runs away!!!)

i'm SD rank 5, i had a moogle rank of 16, and it took me several tries to get this item. I never got a moogle belt during my attempts, however.

I got all fireworks and choco tickets. I got the certificate after a while, but never a belt. And my rank was 18. I am level 67 redmage. So its obviuosly luck.
This furniture gives Moghancement: Light.

Not neccisarly, I'm new to the game.The only city I had been to was Windurst, yet I got one at level 8 with a rank of 1.
My level 5 Sandorian mule with a Moogle rank of 1 got one, as did my main char..... must be random

i was rank 3 windurst and moogle rank 7 and one day he just gave it to me. So....i dunno............................................................................................

.. my mule got it first try in bastok from moogle, rank1, level 7 taru BLM with no missions or quests completed, moderate to light use of the character.. so im more willing to bet its dumb luck than anything else, since then hes gotten a bronze moogle belt and 3 fireworks. My main character is 44SAM/THF rank4 with lots of playtime, rank 10 to the moogles, the mule is rank 1. My main character JUST got the certificate yesterday, after having gotten a silver moogle belt and umpteen fireworks. This leads me more to believe, totally random on certificate.

I have a lvl 24/10 BLM/WHM with an adventuring rank of only 4, yet I got it. I have no idea what criteria is used to determine whether you get this item, but rank 4 certainly qualifies, so there's gotta be alot of luck, unless rank isn't critical.

And I also stuck it in my safe, put it up on the wall, and got the extra storage. NP for me there.

When I started talking to the moogles, my adventuring rank was 7. As soon as my adventuring rank rose to 8, the first moogle I talked to gave me this instead of a firework. Hope this helps some.

This item is given out as an anniversary item. (Special Event Item) This is the second year anniversary. Special items were created like the “Adventuring Certificate” and the return of the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Moggle Belt from last year’s event.
To get this, you need to play and be active for many game days. In addition be active in the world. Your total activity gives you a rank.
My rank is 15 and I got the Silver Belt and Adventuring Certificate. I have been playing since the game released in NA.
As the update shown, this event will send within a week. If you miss it, you have to get it next year.

Place the Certificate into the mog safe. Goto the layout option, select layout again, and select the certificate from the list of items. THen, select a wall to place it on. Just making sure you did it right :P

I took mine home, put it in my safe, went to layout, and it went on the wall just fine. It's cool, although it's pretty much nothing more than decoration and a bit of light element.

I obtained one of these while speaking to a moogle regarding my adventures. I have yet to figure out how to use it. This appears to go into your mogsafe as with other furnishings, which would lead me to believe I could utilize the Layout option to place it on a wall or something. No such luck! Does anyone know how to use this?
