I did Desynth this item on lightining day waxing moon, i did get a HQ synth and the item was a sheep cloth. (i was lvl 40 goldsmithing at the time)... not sure if there is a HQ1, HQ2 ore HQ3

This can be synthed using goldmithing, you can buy the bronze caps in markets for around 150g and synth them into brass caps that sell for around 350g, helped me cheaply level goldsmithing from 5-9 easily ^^
On Garuda the caps sell for less on the AH and t he bronze ones for more than the merchant O.o;
