Who is this jackass Tehnesss accusing someone for buying gil? Do you know this guy? I just want to flame him now. I doubt you know Ryusa. Maybe you should stop judging people for what they have. By the looks of it, this guy has 4 jobs at level 75. That adds up to a lot of BCNM and KSNM battles, not including the time he could have spent farming materials for synth to sell or NM drops. Why don't you try not being a douche. I understand that might be hard for you. I rated this fool down for being an immature jealous prat. Sorry if my flame on this guy has wasted your time.
On a forum note: These gloves freaking own for ninja. Ninja tool expertise is nice but the +12 STR and +4%Haste at night is what makes these truely god like.

Wootness. The finally put my pic of the Koga Tekko up.
BTW, they're not mine, I just saw them on someone and decided to take a screenshot.
There's only like 10 people on Sylph with them as far as I know, and I do a lot of looking.
Heh. Anyways, there you go, folks, a nice close-up of the Koga Tekko. Wish me luck in Dynamis - Xarcabard.
Edit: Ended up finally getting a pair... Ninja #1 (no names please) got the first pair. Ninja #2 beat me on the second pair by like 70 points. Ninja #3 gets them because I disconnect due to a jackass kicking me offline. I get the fourth pair by beating Ninja #4, who, knowing all of this information and having only obtained Lv75 that day, still lotted on them.
Even though I've long since left that linkshell, I'm still grateful.
Btw there's like 50 people on Sylph that have them now, lol.

I saw some NINs on my server with those and asked them, those gloves make you save your powders when you cast ninjutsu, you save around 2/3 of the powders. ill submit a screenie ^^

perhaps they mean "recycle" on shuriken, since they are ninja weapons? just a thought i could be wrong
Let me just try to clear a few things up, here.
I've seen someone wearing these on my server before. The description on this page is a bad translation (Also on Mysterytour like this). The actual thing it says, in English, is "Ninja Tool Expertise"... and, of course, Nighttime STR+12 and haste +4%. I hope that clears a few things up ;)

The "Knowledge of Ninja Weapons and tools, ability" works in the same way as the Ranger AF 2 hat, which gives the "recycle" effect.
Basically, every now and then, you can cast a ninjutsu spell without the required tool being used, which means you get a free cast.
That's as much as I know, I don't know what it does to your weapons, if anything however.

I would hazard a guess if you use NIN only throwing weapons (or maybe any type of throwing weapon) with ammo it would randomly have you not use it, like "Recycle"
No, it's not like Recycle on throwing weapons, it's like recycle on jinjutsu powders. So every once in a while you cast Utsusemi and use no shihei for it.
For those of you wondering what all the confusion is - the description on this site originally said "knowledge of Ninja tools and weapons" from a confusing translation from japanese.
Now that some NA players have this item we know that it has a chance to cast ninjitsu without using the tool.
