I have crafted 6 or 7 Brass Cap for skill up and the last one I crafted a Brass Cap +1 and I'm only lvl 8 Goldsmithing, what's the rules on getting exceptional synths? I figured I wouldn't get an exceptional result until I was higher lvl than the item I'm synthing.
