I was finished wearing mine, so figured what the hell, I should try and desynth it (lvl 12 Smithing) Result: HQ Desynth for 3 Bronze Ingots which immediately got turned into 3 synths of venom bolt heads!

for items liek this where it requires another skill to craft (eg leather craft 11) must it be that(lvl 11) to make the item, or just to make an item that is needed in the craft???

in Shiva, iv sold mine for 600 gil
Bronze harnesses have gotten more expensive lately. On my server they are 300-500 gil in auction now.
A Bronze Harness could go for 10-75 Gil at the auction house. There are plenty of these to go around.
