strange this is the first +2 i've ever seen
there are alot of +2 weapons out there, and there is also +2 armor and +4 potions and such...it's all the result of HQing a synth using various CP armor/weapons, except w/ potions...potions are just HQable up to 4 i believe(there might be a +5 but i'm not sure)
