Anyone know current drops from this garrison? I have the item and I think I'll go with some people from my ls.
I got this drop today, but i dont even know where to use it.
Can someone tell me ?

I found one of these a few weeks and its in my storage right now. Since you say its a lv 50 cap garrison I could do one i believe. How do I start one?
Get a full alliance of of Lv. 50 people (18 people total.) Trade the missive to an I.M., R.K., or W.W. at the outpost. Then a motherload of highlevel antica or whatnot will attack. Wee! Good luck.

what items do you get from these other garrisons (as opposed to the lvl 20 in ronfaur)
if it is the same items .. then its pretty worthless to do these .. they are most likely harder

Think about it .. would a BCNM20 drop the same as a BCNM50? i think not.

What are these Ra/Ex Missive items used for? it does not say it is used in a quest... its confusing

They are used to activate the Garrison events.
This particular one activates the Kuzotz Region one in Eastern Altepa Desert which has a cap of Lv.50.

A Missive is a summons. Not like a summoned creature, but a summons to a meeting. In other words, the mobs are being called forth to attack the outpost.
