LOL! I wouldn't believe that anybody would think these were real... I mean, the Whm needs a HAMMER weapon (Mjollnir) to use the WS, but he's using a Star Rod! These are so fake, that's why most of them missed/did crappy damage in the movies.

thats because it's all .DAT replication. Why else would the WHM be able to use Gates of Tartarus (staff: blm/smn weapon), or the BLM use Catasrophe (scythe: drk only)?

i've been sitting here viewing armor and weapons for drk drg and sam... trying to decide which one i wanted as a job...i think im gonna be sam just to get this weapon

I saw that DRG weapon this morning in Jueno! I remember it. I thought it looked sweet at the time, and was going to ask the guy if it was AF, but he zoned before I saw his name.

I hate to burst your bubble, but this weapon is NOT used by Dragoons. This is a great katana. It can only be used by Samurai.

I know this is a very rare weapon to see in the game, bu tif anyone has seen one please get a picture.
Amanomurakumo, if I recall, literally translates to "Clouds of Heaven".

Lol, so this would be like another "Heaven's Cloud" weapon in the FF series? I seem to remember it from FFT, with a cool "Draw Out" ability ^_^ It sucked when they broke, though >_< Anywho, kinda cool reference : D
That's correct.
This weapon is actually a "tsurugi", an older style of Japanese sword modeled after the Chinese jian. The name probably refers to Murakumo-no-tsurugi, the sword which was eventually known as Kusanagi ("Grasscutter").

Can anyone list the full process needed for obtaining/uncursing this item?
to get it, you just first be lv65+ to enter dynamis(although you will not get a party as melee under lv70). then you just fight in dynamis untill you win a lot for the relic great katana in its first form of a super weak useless weapon. then you fight in dynamis for weeks to obtain the various items you will need to upgrade that weapon 4 times. each time it becones a little less worthless(its 4th form is almost the same stats as the 5th while your in dynamis including the new WS, but is still crap outside of dynamis) then it becomes this katana when you upgrade it the 4th time.
you can find the info ion the upgrade on the net, its more then i want to type here. im fairly sure mystery tour had all that info.

The Relic Weapons full form is called Amanomurakumo. it grants the weapon skill and gives an accuracy of 20
Grants weaponskill: "Tachi: Kaiten"
Additional effect: Weakens enemies attacks

This item is the fully finished Relic GK (all fully finished Relic weapons grant a new WS), and if you ever see someone with it, it means they spent a lot of time in Dynamis, I can tell you that ^^.

the damage and delay are fine, the abilities are great and all but what makes it so great is that added WS that completely pwn's all others.

Does anyone know where i can get ahold of a
"Tachi: Kaiten" video of an Elvaan doing the WS? ><. Cuz let's face it, humes just don't look as cool lol, i'd really appreciate it. Have seen 3 vids so far of Kaiten and all have been hume sams. I'm hoping Elvaan has an awesome movement with it, more like Gekko^^
