The Federation, Republic, and Kingdom signet staves cannot be recharged, you must buy a new one.
The signet staves are found under Common Items, though you must be Rank 10 to purchase.
Signet granted by a staff is the same as Signet granted by your nation's representative.
You can use the staff to grant Signet to members of your party, as long as they are of the same Nation as the staff.
The staves cannot be sold on auction house, but they can be sold through bazaar or traded between players.
You do not have to be Rank 10 to have the Signet staff work for you.

Ok, instead of 34569634897654 people posting what they "THINK" you have to do to get this or how it works and how they got it from a friend of a friend that bought it in a monkeys uncles bazaar, how about a Rank 10 actualy post some useful information?
You get this item with 5,000 CP. It is only available if you are rank 10. Your nation DOESE NOT have to be #1 to buy it. You can use this item on others, as long as they are of the same nation as the staff. And Signet cast from this staff has the exact same effect/duration as that cast by the guards in town.

Its not a rank 10 item though, you have to be rank 10 to see it. it shows up under the Common Items list.

Umm... just a note, I made myself incredibly pissed today.. You can use these on other's of the nation of the staff... even if they don't HAVE the staff, the enchantment lets you select other people, it won't waste a charge if the person isn't of the nation of the particular staff. So I wasted a charge on someone I don't know (for the good of San d'Oria at least :P) and it didn't benefit me (directly).

I sell these staves for 50k in Garuda server, they are like food, once you use the 25 charges it depletes and dissapears from inventory. I am not sure about recharging.

WTF? Where did you come up with that? No charged items in the game dissapear when their charges run out. The signet staff will simply say 0/25 charges and is nothing but a stick ... you can sell it to an NPC for roughly 2500gil. If anyone on Fenrir wants to see an empty staff, send me a tell, I got 2 of them ... ~.^

Ya on diabolos I bought This and a Kingdom Aetkon for like 100k total.... 50k Apiece, this tarutaru was desparte for gil i think, but I haven't used mine, I need Royal Knight sollerets and mufflers and beeches for my "San d'Oria Royal Knight" uniform haha, when i get war to those lvls i'll screencap it and hopefully get it uploaded online... hmmm i'll need headgear and so forth lmao

I have one of these Staffs on my server. As of now you can only cast signet on yourself or others 25 times. Does anyone know if it is recharchable as of yet? If so.. how. Or does anyone know if CoP is coming out with a way to recharge it?
