The Federation, Republic, and Kingdom signet staves cannot be recharged, you must buy a new one.
The signet staves are found under Common items, though you must be Rank 10 to purchase.
Signet granted by a staff is the same as Signet granted by your nation's representative.
You can use the staff to grant Signet to members of your party, as long as they are of the same Nation as the staff.
The staves cannot be sold on auction house, but they can be sold through bazaar or traded between players.
You do not have to be Rank 10 to have the Signet staff work for you.

I'm sure to recharge it, you trade it to the signet person by the gate like you do with your empress band, and it deducts from your conquest points.
It prolly uses the charges when your original signet runs out!

All these 'Charged' items are confusing me... I know their 'Charged' but, how do you RECHARGE them?

if you do have to recharge it then cant you just do like a "trade"? e.g:light crystal and signet staff? or do you just leave it in your MH over a period of time?.......*puzzled*

bought one of these the other day, havent used it yet, but for some reason my sigent that I recieved in Jeuno after I bought this hasn't gone away yet, and when I try to click my signet off it does nothing, don't know if its just a glitch or what...
you can not clear away signet, it must go off on it's own.

I don't know if it is rechargable or not, but it doesn't make sense if it is rechargable, because with 25 charge you can get more then 5000 CP, you can buy 4 more with 25 charge if you are rank 10.

Ok, instead of 34569634897654 people posting what they "THINK" you have to do to get this or how it works and how they got it from a friend of a friend that bought it in a monkeys uncles bazaar, how about a Rank 10 actualy post some useful information?
You get this item with 5,000 CP. It is only available if you are rank 10. Your nation DOESE NOT have to be #1 to buy it. You can use this item on others, as long as they are of the same nation as the staff. And Signet cast from this staff has the exact same effect/duration as that cast by the guards in town.

I want to know too. I was lucky enough to get one pretty cheap on my server, but I didn't notice the 24/25 charges >.<
I've seen these for sale in bazaars as low as 25k, in some cases 1 charge gone. I want one very badly for when i go on leveling runs of 5 hours or more but im not willing to spend that much on something that i cant sell back once its charges are gone.

I dont think you have to be in first place, but you DO need to be rank 10. The staff will not list if yu are lower that Rank10. I think the first palce thing is for the Aketon.

It is tradeable. So you can trade the staff to another so they can get signet themselves.
Ok A Question Or 2 Was Posted On How To Get It, First Off, It Is a rank 10 item, so only top notch windurstians can use it. Luckily, My Friend Bought me one even tho im only rank 6 and said i could have it as long as i gave her one back when i hit rank 10 in a few months. But You Need Rank 10 in order to attain, have a friend buy you one, or buy from a bazaar.

Can someone detail how to get one? I've talked to the conquest point guys in Windurst and I don't have an option to spend 5000 CP. So..can someone tell me exactly how to get one? Thanks in advance.
This staff may be acquired using conquest points. It can be found under "Common Items" whenever your nation is in first place and you are Rank 10.

You should be able to sell it on the AH. It must be fully charged before putting it on the AH.
