OK so let's just say I equip the Twicer, use enchantment, equip the Horror voulge will it basically be a horror twicer? Gonna test it tonight. Oh and the only thing you can do with this when it is done is swing it like a voulge or desynth and do it again.

Fact #1: Enchantment: double attack = 30 sec of forced double attacks.
Fact #2: 30 sec= about 3 normal swings with this G axe.
Fact #3: To force a double attack on sturmwind you have to wait about 5 sec after using the enchantment otherwise it wont work.
Fact #4: Once you have used up all the enchantments it will NOT turn back into the Voulge. It will stay a Twicer with 0 enchantments.
Fact #5: Once you have used up all the enchantments you will NOT be able to resell it on the AH.
Fact #6: You CANNOT recharge this weapon like alot of the posts here say.
Fact #7: This weapon in my opinion is not worth much more than a regular voulge, it is not a +1 version of anything, the enchantment is good but not awesome, and the biggest reason is you can't resell it or recharge it.

Would like to clarify 1 point, yes, you cannot recharge this item, but, if you desynth, you might get one of the materials, either ingot or voulge. This can then be recycled into a new twicer. If you want to save a bit of gil, this might be something you can do.

Turns out this enhancement doesn't stack with Sturmwind or SA. As far as I can tell, you can't use any JAs or WSs while under the effect of the enhancement.
So all it gives is an isolated double attack. Woo. I used this from 32-37, but if I were to do it again I would just spend the money on a Voulge+1.
I'm kind of surprised there aren't any other posts reflecting this after the axe has been around for so long.

I disagree. You can't use any JA or WS for the first five seconds or so, true. However, you still have a window of about 20-ish seconds where you can use a JA or WS and the enchantment will still be in effect. The only times that I've seen my Sturmwinds break 500 damage at level 32 is when I use the enchantment so far, which leads me to believe that they do stack.

It does Double Attack every time for 30 seconds i was able to pull a double double attack. 150 damage in about 2 seconds was nice. also this + sturmwind +SA= Ultimate death to anyone.

The WAR can use this to force a double attack on a Sturmwind.

I think you can do it at 40 smithing, I got the recipe from the adv. support guy at 29, currently working on enough GP for metal purification so i can test it out.

Does anybody have a confirmed level range where you can craft this? The Light Steel Ingot requires Metal Purification and somebody got the recipe at 14...

After all enchantments are used up, it should turn back into a Voulge.
Using a fire crystal, synth the Voulge with a light steel ingot. (Light steel ingot needs a key item to be made).
This will recreate the twicer.

re-synth, as I'm repeatedly told...
LS member of mine has one of these and used up all the charges. Apparently, Light Steel can also be used in a synthesis to recharge all the charges back up in this though dunno which crystal he used for doing so.

i just don't get the enchantment. only a warrior lvl 31 can use this......warrior already has double attack at 25. unless is means guarenteed double attack for the next xx seconds, that would be kinda cool. this weapon should be for other classes that don't have double attack at this lvl

It's a Great Axe. Just like the new Voulge, just with the enchantment.
Looks pretty neat too. It's nice to have a different looking Great Axe under the 40ish range.
