any decent blm knows that at the end of the game a black mages enfeebling magic is relied on far more than nuking. therefore id highly recommend the use of this tiara, even if you dont wear it all the time you can macro it in for your enfeebs.

This is also good for soloing BLMs.
I'm planning on taking BLM to 75, but is this item really needed? I mean, the +10 Evasion and +10 Enfeeble. are nice, but at that level, an RDM should enfeeble and (hopefully) the tank should be able to hold hate, making the evasion and curse effect worthless...

Sure thats true if you plan on being a BLM ONLY in exp PTs, but if your a decent BLM then you would have this for many many reasons "outside" of exp PT. Also sometimes.... you dont always have a RDM in exp PT, and this is nice for landing enfeebles. Once i save up for an enfeeb torqure and earring, with my other enfeebling gear my BLM will have more enfeebling skill than alot of RDMs.

To even catch a RDM at level 75 you would have to be +46 enfeebling magic. And that is assuming the RDM has no + to enfeebling magic of their own. Definately nice if you have to do the enfeebles yourself (and don't get me wrong, I plan on doing them as BLM too), but a RDM will almost always be better for enfeebling.
