This dish is impossible to make on my server, as the Movalpolos water can only be bought from Moblin merchants when a nation controls Movalpolos. Since no-one ever controls it on Garuda, there's no way to get the water.

My guess is that they meant tartar sauce which is pronounced "tarutaru so-su" in Japanese. The developers probably messed it up.

Maybe, just maybe, the taru taru sauce is actually like a taru taru made sauce, not taru taru as an ingredient. I do not see any taru's in the ingreedient list anyway :D

Hm, I'm assuming that it said "Tarutaru sauce" in the sense that the Tarutaru make the sauce, not that they're used to make it. Anyway, it is misleading (and hilarious), but I can't think of a better way to word it than to say "Tarutaru-made sauce", and that's still a little confusing...

You are neglecting the point of defense he gained from the vitality boost. Therefore his %Defense bonus could not have been more than 2%.
Whether it is 1% or 2%, the item is not particularly special.
