this is a desynth... you can desynth them at what ever lvl they cap at.

i think that the level posted on here for dysnth is off i can hq them at 24 alchemy

The Glass fiber desynth is alchemy, using lightning.

The sheep's leather desynth is leathercraft, using wind.

I've received with level 54 Alchemy:
NQ: 2
HQ1: 4
HQ2: 6
HQ3: 8

Don't know if there's an HQ4 for 10 of them.

I have desynthed nearly 300 of these using lightning/alchemy. Parent post is correct. There is no HQ4.

I desynth these with Leathercraft 33 into 1 Sheep Leather with Wind Crystal. I get HQ animation more often than not, but have never gotten more than 1 sheep leather. ^^

Bought a few of these from a bazaar for 800G each.
Thought I would try to desynth with wind and Lightning. HQ from Wind crystal yielded a square of Sheep Leather. HQ from Lightning crystal yielded 6 Loops of Glass Fiber. All in all I was a little disappointed in the results but they seem to be the same of regular Goblin Masks.
