{Um..} Yeah, they suck. For a melee, 2 acc is NOT gonna do anything for you. Get some attack earrings, or you could use theese until u get spike earrings. Only idiots would buy these for 2 m.

Wrong! A MNK's Asuran Fists could use this. Sometimes enough ACC is never enough. ;P

But yeah ... I agree about the cost.

As my Elvaan DRK i practically never miss.
For me this earring is a completely brilliant piece of equipment to wear when Minuet Earring isnt macro'd in for BRD pts or WS.

Tie this in with an Assault earring and you have 2 of the best melee earrings there are.

Where/how do you get a hold of these? No site seems to have any information on them, other than the basic stats. Is it crafted? BCNM'd? NM? HNM? Quest?

Any info would be great.

This is excellent for thieves as DD. Not every DD can equip the assault earring.

And for the person that would say paying 2 million for 2 accuracy is ridiculous, people pay 7 mil for spectacles, which is a million for each point of accuracy as well, or several million for a few accuracy over certain collar pieces. Peacock charm is 10 million more than that for only 3 points of accuracy. That's 3.3 mil for 1 point of accuracy and ranged acc. Some would purchase a Scorpion harness + 1 mainly for extra accuracy, which is paying about 10 million for 2 points of accuracy. So..these are a pretty good price considering.

Up to 3.9 mil on Kujata... why the hell would you pay more for this than you would an assault earring unless your... a ninja?
Price Should Drop

I would expect the price on this thing to come down given the new NM after the update. Maighdean Uaine in North Gustaberg drops the Rare/Ex Optical Earring that gives +1 Accuracy & -2 Attack at lvl 10. I wear + Attack gear usually so the - Attack isn't really noticeable. I got that for my BST and wear it even at lvl 53. Paying 2 mil for +2 accuracy is ridiculous!

The OOT's official standpoint is that it doesn't belong in the OOT either.

That just means that no one has tried to put it up for auction yet. I wouldn't blame them tought. If I got a hold of this, I wouldn't want to sell it either.

I'm gonna try to get this earring ^^. It would take the spot of spike earring hands down. I would gladly trade +5 atk for +2 accuracy. With all the other armor that buffs up DRK atk, +5atk is nothing to cry over losing.

I'm the one who originally posted the info about this little thingy.

From what I could understand of the jp who barely could speak english, it drops during the Altepa Garison quest. I'm affraid I can't confirm or infirm that statement, and I just ended up buying the damn thing.

1.430.000$ on Siren. Yep. I'm on a melee accuracy quest.
