This fish is lower level, I would guess around 25 maybe? Compares to fishing cheval salmons. It can be caught in Oldtown Movalpolos, I used little worms and a hume rod. I was fishing rusty picks there too and started pulling items but one broke my rod ><. In about 3 hours I had 3 1/2 stacks of blind fish and 2 stacks of black eel, not bad. The fishing guild was asking blindfish as the item of the day, thats why I went to fish it... Caught over 3 stacks and guess how many the guild needed? About 7 fish =/. I made my little bazaar next to the NPC selling each at 1k lol. Ah, at level 55 all mobs were too weak, just found one easy prey and he was far from the water. Hope this helps!
