Got this from a Gigas Fighter in Lufaise Meadows today.
Can't sell 'em on AH or Bazaar. But the NPC at Tenshido in Jeuno buys them for about 550 gil a piece. So roughtly 6k for a stack
Killed a Martialist in Meadows today and got this drop. First Giant I ever killed in the meadows too.

I was in the meadows around the lake in the middle of the map killing orcs and giants to erase formor hate and 2 of these droped with in 10 giants.

I've killed around 30-40 of the Giants as a 74WHM and I have recieved 0 diamonds. For the first 20/25 or so I was a WHM/BLM and for the last 5/15 I was a WHM/THF. Still no luck.
Was the drop rate nerfed in the recent patch or am I just very unlucky? =X

This drops much better in Lufaise Meadows. Try the gigas there. Can also drop off the Gigas Catapulter.

Whats interesting about this item, is that one thing I remember is getting this when I was at the COP release party, I got to play the demo and I killed some sh*t and obtained this item, I've been looking it up for ages wondering if it was in the COP released in stores.

Im a 56thf and i was killing giants in Lufaise Meadows to drop fomor hate and collect a lil gil. I dont know if my TH2 was just in a real good mood or what but i got 1 drop per every 2-3 giants i killed!

I have found 1 of these, and it appears to be stackable, but I have not spent the time to try and find another to test that.
Does anyone know what this is used for, i'm guessing a quest but I haven't run into a new quest so far that asks for it.
As a side note, these sell to NPCs for about 500 gil.

Seeing as it's "Ex", I doubt you can stack it ..

you can stack them it is Rare you cant stack
I just got two in a row, one off of a Gigas Fighter then a Gigas Wrestler and they do stack. I think you were thinking of "Rare" items, not "Ex."
