Here is a bit of an idea of how hard this is. As noted in my previous post, a year and a month ago I got the the Attestation of Decisiveness. I finally got all 60 100 Byne Bills and turned them in last week and got the Totsukanotsurugi last night. So, that's 1 year, 1 month, and 1 day later.

My LS fought Velosareon and I got the drop. The Attestation is now sitting in Switchstix's pouch until I come up with 48 more 100 Byne Bills. >.<

So we got a person who is bring Gilsellers into Dynamis on Cait sith named Ryudo. They are trying to sell currency for 50k per single unit and 5mil per 100 unit. Well I guess Relic weapons will become harder to get if you plan on buying currency and items from these FOOLS.

All the attestations come from special fomor type NMs in Dynamis-Beaucidine. There are 5 attestation NMs total and you must clear all the Hydra Corps NMs first to trigger their appearance. Each of the attestation NMs have 3 jobs and can use the 2hr for ALL 3 jobs, and they also spawn with 6 Hydra Corps NMs (2 of each of the att. NM's job). They are very difficult to defeat and require much kiting. Of the attestation NMs I have fought, I have seen a BRD/WHM/BLM combo, a SAM/DRK/RNG combo, and the insane DRG/SMN/BST combo WITH 3 pets including Fenrir! I assume the other 2 NMs are some mix of 3 of the 6 remaining jobs. The attestation NM will (100%) drop an attestation to one of the relic weapons (corresponding to the jobs of the NM). I would assume this attestation of decisiveness comes from the SAM/DRK/RNG NM. As for the use, you trade this with the lvl 3 relic katana (Oboromaru) and pay 60x 100 byne bills. After 1 week, you can pick up your new katana (Tosukanotsurugi) and use Tachi: Kaiten in dynamis!
