This is an invaluable piece for low levels when leveling in the Gustaberg and Highland regions.
The plus to water will help shorten the duration of poison. The poison casted by Quadavs may not be too menacing, however I have stood and watched myself die far too often at low levels due to Plaguebreath from lizards. Nothing's worse than defeating a mob, just to die afterwards.

This is good for a quest in Bastok mines for a good 550g

...and often sells at the AH in other towns for less than the 550 you get for it. One of the few repeatables that can actually make you money. If only you could carry more than one at a time...
