This is one NM drop that is not as good as an item that is available at a lower level. It is almost worthless, but the fact remains that leather belt+1 is the only item with the same defense available at this level. In fact, the leater belt +1 is available at a lower level making it worth a little more. Yet, since this is an NM drop, it is rare, therefore they cost the same amount on titan at this moment. I'm in sandy right now, both sold out, both going at 10k. Both have the same defense. One requires you to wait about an hour to have a tiny chance at a rare drop, one requires you to have at least 64 leather craft skill to pump out with regularity.
plus one cost more because they are meant to be exclusive to people who can afford to have the best armor for their lvl. you don't get a plus 1 everytime you synth, so selling +1 at a higher cost makes sure that the nq still stays at a valid price.

I wouldn't be suprised if this costed an extreme amount; many worthless crapheaps are going for 10x what I would ever pay. Many +1 items only give one more def, yet so many people are willing to pour out limitless gil to buy them. Why? Who the f*** knows? Is the mere +1 def worth more than 10x the cost of the origonal item? This is basically a +1 Leather Belt in my eyes, only for a higher lvl, as many +1 items are.
