Actualy it's in Dangruf wadi and geyser lizard drops this item -.-;;

It's the cave in the La Thiene area. I don't remember the grid position off the top of my head, but it's in the valley nearest the Ronfaure zone. The same one you have to visit for San d'Oria's M5.
