Depending on your server I'd estimate this is about a 10k gil synth.

Kukri - 5k+ from NPC
Animal Glue - Market Value 3k (Ifrit)
Poison Potion - Market Value 4k (Ifrit)

of course you can HQ some of the ingredients to cut costs.
