These dropped about 1 out of every 6 Steam Lizards in Dangruf with a THF sub and moon at 50%

Sorry to rain on the parade of all the gilsellers that do not want people to know where to get lizard eggs to make paste. Well, too bad. In Dangruf Wadi, there are Steam Lizards that exist there in the Northern, more difficult portions of the zone. Steam Lizards drop lizard eggs about a dozen every one to two hours. On top of that, I sub thief, and it is extremely easy to steal lizard eggs from Steam Lizards. And when you kill it afterward, there is another chance of it dropping a lizard egg. They are not worht 40k a stack on the AH or anywhere else.

I cant find the post because it must have been edited, but the person said that you have to kill lizards higher than level 29 in order to get lizard egg drops. This may be the case also, but it is definately not the only source. Then this person stated he hunted them in Crawlers Nest or a zone around there, but wouldnt say where he really finds them because there would be to much competion. When I was killing Steam Lizards for Lizard Eggs, I was the only person in the entire Zone, so again B.S.

Please, do not cover the truth of things because you think it makes it easier for you, especially economic information. Anyone who has taken even a little Micro-Economics knows that on a chart of Supply Versus Demand, with the third dimention, or intersections, being the best price for profit, there are two. Charge a fortune, and sell very little, ir charge very little and sell a lot. In practicality, especially since we are talking about a game, it is much better for several reasons to have a very low price to compensate for a high demand in a simulated world where supply keeps on coming.

Sorry for the rambling, but down with the gilsellers. I made 95k in 6 hours because I took the time to buy my own wildgrass seeds, plant them in my 10 pots in my Gardening Mule's Bastokan Greenhouse with overwhelming earth energy, and though 3 pots came out with semi cool but unwanted stuff, the other 7 pots supplied me with a great over abundance of Chocobo Grub. So I put 1/4 of it for sale in my bazaar and stood in front of one of the Chocobo Stables, where there were almost a dozen other people doing the same thing. However, I had the cheapest prices, yet probably made a fortune compared to everyone else. Think about this because raising Chocobo's should be fun and cheap (for levels that can actually ride chocobos). I am not building 2 more Greenhouses, one in Windy and one in Sandy, giving 30 pots, so I am not going away on Alexander. Great Product for Cheap Prices.

But my main point is this: Please, Please, do not hog information. If you pass info along, that person will learn something you do not, and then pass it to you.

Anyone know of some good places a lvl 70whm can get easy kill and good drops?

When I say easy kill, I don't want to be spening 1/2 hour killing 1 lizard for a drop.

So far Crawler's Nest has been great, but there have been lots of thfs in that aera farming :(

And Dangruf Wadi which are sh*t drops.

if you havent found out, try THF or /THF(i was /25) and go to bibiki and kill Eft, steal every once in a while and they were dropping like flies for me when i tried.

Am i the only one thinking Lizzie eggs are going to get its price quite up for a while (at least 1st month after the chocobo raising update)? At Bismarck all AH have sold them out... so im here in Davoi farming eggs (and skins :) ), lets see how the AH behaves after things stabilizes out.

Why in the world is this listed as being found in the Celestial Nexus, the Zilart final zone, a BC zone no less? There are no lizard enemies there and no enemies there period besides the Mission bosses.

No idea, but if you want to farm these, goto Crawlers Nest, you'll get many, fast. Go to sack room, and make sure ya dont get links if you cant handle them, liz eggs drop every kill.

You will notice that in many cooking recipies, you will see 2 ways of cooking an item: one with Lizard eggs, and one with Bird eggs, and that is the only difference, and usually, the recipe with Lizard eggs is about 2-4 lvls lower than the recipe with the Bird egg. Lizard eggs, **in most** recipies is the lower lvl synth. When skilling up with lizard/bird eggs, you will notice the difference, as I have. I wasn't sure where to put this post, but I hope this helps at least some ppl that are looking for the answer, didn't wanna just put it in one recipe that this works in, and not have anyone see it.

Also, my husband, Wren, usually farms these in Crawler's Nest off the lower lvl Lizards, Labrynth Lizards I believe they were called, but am not sure ~ in and around the sack room ~ he brought dozens at a time.

only time the guild sells these is if someone sells some to the guild first. they are not regularly in stock at all.

The lizards in Gustav drop these as well. They didn't every time,but when they did for my pt they dropped multiples at once.

If you have a mid lvl you can use a THF to steal them of the Eft in bibiki bay. Every time I used Steal, i got an egg.

I can confirm that Steam Lizards in Dangruf Wadi drop these. I farmed up a stack of them in less than an hour, and the drop rate is pretty high even without TH.

after 45mins-1hr of mass killing lizzies in South Gustaberg to get some eggs for cooking/camping LL... these lizzies in South Gustaber defineately dont drop lizard eggs

If rock lizards definately do not drop eggs...why is there a bastok mission that tells you to get an egg from Rock Lizrds in Dangruf Wadi...

Actually the Bastok Mission asks you to procure a Lizard Egg for the Mayor, an associate hints that they may be found in Dangruf Wadi. At the very back of Dangruf Wadi you'll find Steam Lizards, only they drop eggs in that area. I also made the same mistake killing Rock Lizards, they never drop the egg.

This probably needs to be updated. These can be stolen from various lizards, including the ones in wadi. I have also seen them drop in Sauro Kuftal Tunnel and stolen from the lizards there also.

Anyone know if these only drop from lizard mobs of a certain level? Or randomly from basically all lizard types?

Hill lizards and Rock lizards definitely do not drop eggs. That's all I know.
