Rdm's swap them in on your rest macro. Rdm's can leave them on, or swap em back out for AF.
In fact if you are any job the has a Drk staff for resting MP and can equip these you might wanna look into a pair.
Between Sweet Rice, Drk. Staff and these i get back about 30 a resting tick.

Actually, RDM and BST would be the only ones to want these. Maybe DRK, but they don't really rest MP. Also, you would have to drink a Silence potion, then eat an Echo Drop every time you wanted the extra HMP. Considering all the other options for HMP, this would be a last resort.
How to Heal: Keep healing until everyone is either dead and blaming you, or the boss is dead.

Only problem with that is that the effect is "Silence: ..." meaning it only gives you that while you are silenced... /cry
