Does anybody know what the deal is with this item? How do you get it? I want one but there haven't been any sold on the auction house for months.

This would be pretty nice for a Bard in BCNM 40. Has good defence and that +Vit would be nice with all the sprouts beating you up. Now if we only knew where to get it...
